Anbuma, a belgian trading company by origin was founded in 1941 in Antwerp ( more than 60 years of experience in the field ) is also know as the " Antwerpse Buizen Maatschappij ". Marmon Keystone Anbuma from the beginning operates independent from its suppliers and stands for a product with a good price/quality ratio. Marmon Keystone Anbuma was a pioneer in the first industrial zone (N70) of Lokeren. The company moved from Antwerp to Lokeren in 1987. From April 1995 until December 2002 MK Anbuma was a subsidiary of Marmon/Keystone, a leading american based tube & pipe stockholder. After being taken over in January 2003,  the company Marmon Keystone Anbuma develops in a positive way and is fully anchored in Belgium again. The total turnover in 2004 amounts to 19,000,000 Euro. Last fiscal year was concluded with a positive balance sheet. Besides the location in Lokeren MK Anbuma holds offices in Brussels, Hamme and Maaseik. The company has a 12.000 m² warehouse ( + 12.000 m² open air stock facilities ) and employs 36 people. In Lokeren the company has a large strategic stock. The market supplied by MKA consists of all belgian regions ( supplied minimum twice a week ). The logistic service centers are etablished in Lokeren and Brussels. In order to supply an extra service to the customers in the Limburg region (north-east of Belgium) a sales office has been established in Maaseik. The sales office and workshop in Brussels is specialised in manufacturing industrial hoses and supplying custom made parts according to the customer's specification. MK Anbuma is also supplying in the north and east of France, The Netherlands and Luxemburg. Shipments in these regions are sent on a regular basis. Transports are executed by 4 trailers, the company also has its own lorry equipped with a crane, this guarantees fast and safe service. In times of higher sales volume external haulage is hired. MKA is able to cut product to length in house on 5 sawing mills. We also offer outside shotblasting, bending and laser cutting if the customers require this.                     Value added through extensive sales program. Looking into the product catalogue one can see immediately that the range of products is quite extensive. The smallest tube is only 4 mm in diameter! Square hollow sections of 400 x 400 mm with a wallthickness of 16 mm can also be supplied without a problem. A novelty in the extensive sales program are the hotformed oval tubes for construction applications according to EN 10210. MKA is the oldest supplier of hotformed hollow sections in the belgian market!  The hotformed sections are mainly used for building of constructions that have to comply with specific mechanical properties such as sports stadiums and multipurpose buildings. Hotformed tube is an ideal product for long spans.                    Hard chrome plated bars and honed cylinder tubes. A second important division of Marmon Keystone Anbuma is the hard chrome plated bars and roller burnished cylindertubes of which MK Anbuma has a considerable stock since 1999. Hard chrome plated bars and roller burnished cylindertubes are produced from special alloys and are used in hydraulic cylinders, shockabsorbers and machine parts for lineair guidings. If there is a risk of corrosion, bars and tubes produced from stainless steel AISI 431 are used. During handling and machining of these products certain procedures should be taken care of. Because of the extensive experience of Marmon Keystone Anbuma the customers can be provided with all necessary information. Another important product for the future of the company are the seamless stainless steel tubes and fittings.MKA has an important and extensive stock in several steelgrades and dimensions. These products are supplied in Belgium but also in the Netherlands, Germany, France and for exporting outside of Europe. All products comply with the European pressure vessel directive PED 97/23/EG.
